How It Works:

Consultation & Diagnostic Injection

The consultation with Dr. Roth is provided at no charge. During your visit, Dr. Roth will assess whether you are a suitable candidate for the Paincur™ treatment. If deemed appropriate, a diagnostic Paincur™ injection may be administered, which incurs a separate charge. Should the injection provide relief, Dr. Roth will discuss the treatment plan and outline the next steps for your care.

The Paincur™ Procedure

The treatment is a series of 7 injections administered 2-3 times/week. These cumulative injections build upon each other, providing long-term and optimal relief. Most patients find that after 3-5 treatments, the pain relief becomes longer lasting and permanent (each case varies). 

Perfect Posture Orthotics

As part of your treatment, we provide you with our custom-fitted Perfect Posture Orthotics. These unique orthotics will control the foot and gait to help relieve stress and strain on the body increasing the amount of pain relief. The orthotics will also work to prevent the development of future improper body alignment related pain following your treatment.

Supplemental Laser Treatment

We offer two forms of cutting-edge laser therapy as a supplement to your treatment. We’ve found that supplementation with laser therapy during the Paincur treatment may help speed up your treatment time and give you higher levels of pain relief.
